Depending on your goals and preferences, support may include:

• Personalized guidance to encourage balance, grounding, and overall wellbeing

Healing Pathways

The Nervous System Reset

Length: 6 Weeks

Designed for individuals who are feeling:

• Stressed or overwhelmed

• Burned out or depleted

• Disconnected from themselves or their daily routines

This six-week pathway focuses on creating more balance, restoration, and connection through supportive wellness practices.

Support may include wellness coaching, breathwork, somatic practices, and body-based services such as Craniosacral Sessions or 5NP when appropriate.

Best for: stress support, burnout recovery, and creating sustainable wellness habits

The Deep Healing Immersion

Length: 3 Months

Designed for individuals navigating:

• Grief and life transitions

• Ongoing stress and overwhelm

• Significant personal growth and change

This three-month experience provides consistent support and space for reflection, restoration, and meaningful personal growth.

Body-based services such as Craniosacral Sessions and 5NP may be incorporated when appropriate and desired.

This pathway is intentionally paced to feel supportive, sustainable, and personalized.

Best for: grief support, life transitions, personal growth, and long-term wellbeing

Individual Support

One-to-One Sessions

Individual sessions provide personalized support without requiring a long-term commitment.

This option may be a good fit if you:

• Feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin

• Have a specific goal or area of focus

• Prefer flexibility

• Want to explore services one session at a time

Sessions may include wellness coaching, breathwork, somatic practices, or body-based wellness services depending on your preferences and goals.

There is never any pressure to continue beyond a single session.

Many individuals begin here and explore next steps over time.


Body-Based Support

Body-based wellness services can offer an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and support overall wellbeing.

Services such as Craniosacral Sessions, 5-Needle Protocol (5NP),  or Manual Lymphatic Drainage may be incorporated into your pathway when appropriate.

Some individuals enjoy regular body-based sessions, while others prefer occasional support.

There is no right or wrong approach, only what feels supportive for you.

You are never required to receive body-based services.
