Healing Pathways
The Nervous System Reset
6-Week Guided Experience
Designed for those who are feeling:

Chronically stressed or overwhelmed

Emotionally depleted or burned out

Disconnected from their body or inner rhythm
This six-week pathway focuses on calming overdrive, restoring balance, and helping your nervous system move out of survival mode — gently and sustainably.
Care may include therapeutic support, somatic practices, and body-based interventions such as CST or 5NP when helpful.
Best for: stress recovery, burnout support, emotional regulation
Length: 6 weeks
The Deep Healing Immersion
3-Month Personalized Healing Container
Designed for those navigating:

Grief or significant life transitions

Long-standing anxiety or emotional patterns

Trauma or prolonged nervous-system dysregulation
This three-month immersion offers deeper, consistent support — allowing time for integration, stabilization, and real change. Body-based support such as Craniosacral Therapy and the 5-Needle Protocol may be integrated alongside therapeutic work, always with consent and care.
This pathway is not rushed.
It is paced to honor your capacity and nervous system.

Individual Support
One-to-One Sessions
Individual sessions are designed to offer immediate, personalized support – without requiring a long-term commitment or a predefined plan.
This option is ideal if you:

Prefer to move slowly and see how support feels

Need flexibility right now
Sessions may include therapeutic conversation, nervous-system–focused support, and gentle body-based care when appropriate — always guided by your needs and readiness.
There is no pressure to continue beyond a single session.
Many clients begin here and decide on next steps together over time.
Body-Based Support
Body-based support is one way we help the nervous system settle and the body release stored stress — without force or intensity.
Techniques such as Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and the 5-Needle Protocol (5NP) may be integrated into your pathway when appropriate. Some clients benefit from regular body-based work, others from occasional support, and some not at all.
There is no right or wrong approach — only what feels supportive for you.
You are never required to receive body-based care.
