During your session, you’ll rest fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table while I use gentle, intentional touch to encourage your body’s natural ability to heal. You don’t have to do anything—just receive.

Every session is unique, meeting you where you are. There’s no “forcing” or making anything happen—just a deep sense of unwinding, releasing, and coming back to balance.
