However, not all days are tough. Some mornings you may wake up feeling unexpectedly light, which might then be shadowed by guilt for not feeling anxious.

It might seem like you’ll never break free from anxiety, as if the good moments are transient, overshadowed by constant reminders or a sense of guilt for feeling okay.

Overcoming anxiety might appear daunting at times, but there is hope. There’s no quick fix, no shortcut through the anxiety, and no lasting way to avoid it. Yet, these overwhelming feelings are not eternal. But to move beyond them, you must confront them.
