Healing Anxiety & Grief Through Mind, Body, and Soul
Find Your Way Back to Balance with Integrative Mental Health Support
You’ve tried it all. The breathing techniques. The journaling. The affirmations. Maybe even therapy. Yet, the weight of grief still lingers, and anxiety continues to hijack your peace. You want to feel lighter. More grounded. Free from the cycle of overwhelm, but nothing seems to create lasting change.
That’s where I come in.
As an Integrative Mental Health Practitioner, I specialize in guiding people just like you through deep, transformational healing—not with a one-size-fits-all approach, but through a tailored blend of therapeutic coaching, nutrition, breathwork, somatic exercises, and craniosacral therapy to bring real, lasting relief.
Your body holds onto trauma, stress, and unresolved grief, even when your mind tries to move forward. By working holistically—addressing both the mind and body—we can rewire your nervous system, release stored emotions, and help you step into a life of clarity, peace, and empowerment.
I understand that everyone experiences a unique journey through life, and at times, this journey can be challenging. Individual counseling services are designed to meet you where you’re at and assist you through these struggles, helping to pave the path towards a healthier, more balanced life.
The client-therapist relationship is of utmost importance. I take the time to understand your experiences, challenges, and goals.
Because I truly believe in whole-health holistic care, I dont just focus on talk therapy. We touch on all other areas of your life including nutrition, stress management, sleep, movement and other areas of life that can have affects on healing.
Healing looks different for everyone, which is why I offer specialized support for both grief and anxiety. Whether you’re navigating loss or struggling with anxious thoughts, I provide a compassionate, integrative path to healing that meets you exactly where you are.

Loss changes you. Whether you’ve lost a loved one, a relationship, a sense of self, or the life you once knew, grief can feel all-consuming. It can manifest as exhaustion, numbness, sadness, or even physical pain.
In our grief support sessions, we honor your loss while gently guiding you back to yourself—helping you process your emotions, rebuild inner strength, and find peace without feeling like you have to “move on.”

Anxiety Support Sessions
Your mind races. Your chest tightens. Your thoughts spiral out of control. Anxiety isn’t just in your head—it’s in your body, your breath, your nervous system. And it can keep you feeling stuck, exhausted, and disconnected from the life you truly want.
But anxiety doesn’t have to control you.
Through a deeply integrative approach, we’ll work together to regulate your nervous system, quiet the racing mind, and retrain your body to feel safe, calm, and in control again.

What You’ll Experience:
- Therapeutic coaching to shift anxious thought patterns and create resilience
- Breathwork to regulate your nervous system and bring immediate relief
- Craniosacral therapy to release tension and calm overstimulation
- Somatic exercises to retrain your body’s stress response
- Nutritional support to balance your mood and support emotional health
Imagine waking up feeling clear, calm, and in control—instead of overwhelmed, exhausted, or on edge. It’s possible.
Some of the other modalities that we’ll touch base on…..
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)…
ACT focuses on acceptance, mindfulness, and values-based living. It helps you develop psychological flexibility and resilience, allowing you to navigate trauma challenges while staying aligned with your values.
Somatic Experiencing (SE)…
SE is a body-centered therapy approach that focuses on releasing and healing trauma stored in the body. You’ll be guided in developing awareness of bodily sensations and support you in safely discharging and resolving trauma-related tension and energy.
Narrative Therapy…
Narrative therapy helps you reshape your relationship with your trauma by exploring and reconstructing your personal narrative. It focuses on uncovering your strengths, values, and resilience while acknowledging the impact of trauma.
And other evidence-based approaches tailored to fit your unique needs and preferences.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone.

FAQ’s
Where is your office?
I’m seeing clients virtually via a HIPAA secure platform, SimplePractice. When the weather is nice, I’m offering in person for Ecotherapy sessions. Ecotherapy is available to most of southern New Hampshire. Ecotherapy is essentially time for us to have our session outdoors walking along a trail, track, or up a mountain 🙂 If this interests you, please feel free to schedule a free consult to get started.
How much are individual sessions?
Individual therapy sessions: $125 for 60 minutes.
TheraCoaching 6-Month Package: $675 Per Month (payment plan available)
What are your hours?
My hours are pretty flexible and as long as youre willing to be flexible, too, chances are, we’ll find a day and time that fits your schedule.
Evenings and weekends are available upon request.
Do you accept insurance?
Currently I am not billing any insurances directly. By not billing insurances directly, I am able to provide a more personalized and flexible approach to my clients’ care. Paying out of pocket, clients have the freedom to choose how often they want to be seen, without being restricted by insurance limitations or requirements. This puts the power and control back in the hands of the clients, allowing them to prioritize and invest in their own well-being.
As an Out of Network Provider, I am not currently set up to bill insurances directly. However, fees for services can be easily paid using all major credit cards, checks, cash, and HSA/FSA cards. This payment flexibility allows for a seamless and convenient transaction process for my clients, while still ensuring access to quality care.
Ultimately, choosing to pay out of pocket for services allows for a more individualized and client-centered approach to care, promoting a sense of empowerment and autonomy in the therapeutic process.

If you have out of network benefits and you’d like to seek reimbursement from your insurance, I can provide you with a “Superbill” which contains treatment codes and can be submitted to your insurance company for possible full or partial reimbursement, but you will need to submit and follow up for any reimbursement questions or concerns. Please call and explore your personal insurance plan to get more information about your specific plan and benefits.
How do I know youre the right practitioner for me?
The short and the long of it is, you don’t. And that’s why I offer a free 30-minute consultation/coffee chat to get to know each other. I want to learn about your needs, goals and get to know each other a little to ensure we are a good fit. I want you to understand how I practice so that you feel confident making a desicion.
Counseling isn’t a one-sided relationship – it goes both ways. Our relationship is a collaborative one, we both need and should feel comfortable and build a solid foundation of trust to work together.
Sweet or Salty?
Salty. Every time!! I don’t usually crave sweets but instead salty snacks like chips.
Star Wars or Star Trek?
WARS! I have more Star Wars tees, lego sets, and posters around my house than I’d like to admit.
Fortunately, I have two sons, so I get to say I got it for them 🙂 I will admit, though, I haven’t seen any of the Star Trek episodes, so maybe I’ll remedy that before finalizing my answer. Lol
Mountains or bodies of water?
Ooooooh, that’s a tough one. I love being near the water. I find water incredibly relaxing, but I love to escape to the mountains. The stillness and silence in the trees and mountaintops are wildly cathartic and healing. So can I choose both?
