It was 2016 and I was dissatisfied with the care I wasn’t receiving. My pursuit of wellness was all-consuming, and the only advice I received was to stay strong and find solace in clichés.
These weren’t my solutions.
I understood that a holistic, deeper approach was necessary, one that wasn’t being acknowledged.
So, I educated myself, explored integrative ways to enhance wellness, and began addressing the root causes of imbalance.
From that experience and a wealth of education, my approach to integrative health & most importantly, Hygiea, was born.
My focus and promise are that you will be treated as a whole being, not just a set of symptoms. Not through quick fixes or superficial solutions, but with comprehensive care to make you feel whole again. My mission is to ensure no one feels overlooked, unheard, or unhealed.
