Breathwork is an ancient practice that has been used for centuries to harness the power of the breath for healing and transformation. This practice is simple yet powerful, and it can be used to support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Breathwork is an intentional practice of conscious breathing that is designed to invoke deep relaxation, release stress and tension, increase focus and concentration, and enhance emotional balance. It is a practice that anyone can do, regardless of their fitness level or physical ability.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is the practice of using breath to create deep relaxation, promote healing, and improve overall physical and emotional wellbeing. There are different types of breathwork, but the most commonly used are mindful breathing, pranayama, and rebirthing.

Mindful breathing encourages you to focus on each inhalation and exhalation, allowing you to tune out external distractions and become fully present in the moment. Pranayama, on the other hand, focuses on using different breathing techniques to promote different outcomes. Some pranayama techniques are designed to increase energy, while others are designed to reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Rebirthing breathwork is a more intense form of breathwork that involves prolonged, deep breathing with the aim of releasing repressed emotions and trauma stored within the body.

Many breathwork sessions are offered in small group settings, though individual sessions are also available. Some breathwork sessions may involve music, guided meditation, or other techniques to promote relaxation and focus.

It’s important to note that some people may experience intense emotional or physical releases during a breathwork session. It’s important to work with a trained practitioner who can help you navigate any difficult feelings that may arise.

PRIVATE SESSION: $130+

A private session with you located in our studio space, your home, or online.  The session can last 1 to 1.5 hours in length and can also be tailored to your personal needs much more than a group session would be.  Private sessions are great for people that want to try Breathwork but are feeling unsure or experiencing some anxiety around what may happen during the session.  They are also great for someone that prefers a private setting rather than a group setting.

MILEAGE:  All offsite sessions are charged an additional fee for mileage.

PARTNER SESSION (2): $175+

A partner session is great for any two people seeking to create a deeper connection with each other.  This session is beneficial for intimate partners or relationships and can also support your relationship with friends, family or even co-workers.   This session with you, your person and your facilitator. This is located in our studio space, your home, or online.  The session can be up to 2 hours in length and usually begins with some transformational work followed by a 1 hour Breathwork session.

MILEAGE:  All offsite sessions are charged an additional fee for mileage.

GROUP SESSION (3+): Email to inquire

A private group session is great for people who want to experience Breathwork together in an intimate setting.  This can be done offsite or in our studio and can be tailored specifically to the group’s needs.  Group sessions are usually 1-1.5 hours in length and are great for creating connection within a group of people; be it family, friends, or staff! These group sessions are a perfect way to bring Breathwork to you!

MILEAGE:  All offsite sessions are charged an additional fee for mileage.

WORKSHOPS: $30-$50+ PP
